ThoughtBuzz is a feature rich, web based application that provides social media monitoring for your company, brand or product. It is a platform for users to hear and engage with their customers, brand ambassadors across the internet.

Currently ThoughtBuzz provides content from the following sources

• English language blogs
• Social Networking sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn
• Review sites such as Amazon Reviews
• Q&A sites such as Yahoo Q&A
• Twitter

ThoughtBuzz supports custom sources. If content from your sources is not available out of the box, you can provide us the list and we will add it to our indexing database.

As of now ThoughtBuzz only provides English language content. We do provide search results across different languages but sentiment and topic analysis is only done for English content.

For very popular sites such as Twitter, Facebook and top blogs, any new content is indexed almost real time. For external sites access is as fast as their APIs.

Any user can receive email alerts daily for any saved search. The alerts can contain positive, negative or neutral articles. Email alerts are sent out daily.

We support IE7, Firefox 2 & 3. We don�t support IE6.
